What you choose to share
Contact forms and diagnostics collect your name, email, the help you want and the context you submit. Please leave out passwords, account credentials, payment details and confidential information about other people.
How requests are handled
Requests are stored privately through our website hosting provider, here.now. A delivery process passes the request to our Google Forms and Google Sheets workflow so Nick can review it, respond and, where applicable, send your working brief. A recorded-request receipt confirms storage; it does not confirm that an email has reached your inbox.
How we use your information
We use it to provide the diagnostic or response you requested, discuss a potential engagement and deliver agreed work. Submitting a request does not enroll you in a mailing list. We do not sell your information.
Local diagnostic progress
W.A.Y. can retain unfinished progress on your device so you can continue. The workflow self-check keeps notes in your browser session when you choose to bring them to a Review. These drafts are not submitted to us until you send a form. Avoid shared devices for sensitive work.
Website measurement
We record basic events such as page views, selected paths, diagnostic steps, form starts and confirmed requests. These events contain the page and action, not your form answers, name or email. Our hosting provider processes network information, including IP addresses, to deliver the site and prevent abuse. We do not use advertising pixels in this release.
Access and removal
Contact solocombinator@gmail.com to ask about the information you submitted, correct it or request deletion. We keep inquiry information while it is useful for the requested relationship, and remove it on request unless an applicable obligation requires retention.
